COMPANY NAME is an independent company based in the south of the Costa Blanca. We have a wealth of experience and local knowledge and we are dedicated to offering you a totally free and personal service based entirely on your requirements.
Our role is to assist you through each aspect of purchasing a property in Spain. We will help you select the area and property of your dreams and then guide you through the buying process. Our AfterSales will then be available to offer advice and assistance ensuring you get the most from your Spanish property.
As a genuine independent company we are able to offer you the widest choice of quality properties in the Costa Blanca, the Costa Calida and the Costa Almeria. We can help arrange your personal viewing tour by offering assistance with flights, accommodation and free airport service without obligation. These tours are bespoke to meet your specific criteria and designed to suit your schedule comfortably. For the duration of your visit we shall be available to help and guide you over as many properties as you choose and if you purchase one of our properties we will reimburse some or all of your costs.

The Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) has been set up to guide and to regulate the international property market and to provide quality assurance to consumers.
It is a non-profit organization that exists solely to improve standards of professionalism in this market. AIPP membership is the stamp of approval for international companies.
All Members have voluntarily agreed to follow the AIPP Code of Conduct. This Code has been established to help and protect you, the buyer, by ensuring Members follow professional guidelines. The badge of membership is a reminder to you at all times that a company is following professional industry standards and working hard to deliver customer satisfaction through honesty, integrity and accountability.
If you find that a Member is not following our Code of Conduct, you have the right to complain to the AIPP and all Members have agreed to be bound by our Dispute Resolution Procedure.
Membership of the AIPP is a serious commitment to professional standards and to making this industry better and safer for you, the buyer.
Nobody can 'guarantee' a perfect property purchase, at home or abroad. If anybody tells you they can, please be wary. However, the AIPP can make this market better and AIPP Members are working hard to do just that. With their voluntary commitment to professional standards, AIPP Members should be one of the first things you find out about when buying property overseas.
How does the AIPP help you when buying a property overseas?
Members of the AIPP have voluntarily committed themselves to industry regulation. When you see that a company is a Member of the AIPP, it tells you certain things:

- A company has been vetted and approved.
- A company has submitted to industry standard training.
